  1. At first Moses must have thought,"I must be in big trouble for killing that Egyptian." (jk)
    After he realized it was God he was afraid to look. I wonder if he was thinking, was God behind the fire, in the fire or was God the fire. What I find harder to believe is how Moses knew he was in the presence of God, talking to God and yet he didn't really seem to trust what God was telling him to do. I can understand me reacting like that (YOU CAN'T MEAN ME, GOD) but Moses???

  2. The bush was located on Mt. Horeb. Also called the mountain of God. This reminds me of one of my favorite Third Day songs, which says "you must go through the valley to stand upon the mountain of God"
